The feature search, login guidance, automated help panel and enquiry builder run in your browser. Text entered into the enquiry builder is held in page memory and is not transmitted by this website. Copying a brief places it on your clipboard; saving it creates a file on your device.
Storage and external services
The site does not set marketing cookies or use third-party advertising or analytics scripts. The contrast control applies to the current page and is not saved. Hosting and network providers may process request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser headers to deliver and secure the site. Platform-level access controls may use their own authentication storage.
No credential collection
Do not enter provider credentials, portal codes, Supercodes, payment details or sensitive personal data into enquiry drafts. App sign-in happens in the app, not on this website.
App and future support privacy
This notice covers the current website, not a final public app release. App permissions, diagnostics, optional location/discovery services, retention periods and a rights-request contact must be documented before launch. Payments are not enabled. Website chat transmits the contact details you choose to provide, your Sales/Support topic, message, page URL and network information to our organisation’s CMS and master CRM at crm.shozzle.com for handling and responding to your enquiry. Email format/domain validation does not verify ownership. Phone and optional LINE details are used only when you supply them; this form does not opt you into marketing. A conversation access token is stored in this browser tab’s session storage to resume messages after reload. Clear chat from this tab removes that local access, but does not delete the team’s record. The team can see chat messages and contact details; hosting and service operators may process network metadata to protect the service. A final retention schedule is not yet published.
Privacy enquiries
You can send a privacy enquiry through Speak to the team in the chat panel. The local enquiry builder can prepare a request but does not send it. Do not treat a saved draft as a submitted request.
