This pre-release website cannot create, look up or cancel a subscription. A local enquiry draft does not cancel anything.

If you already paid another seller

Check your receipt to identify the seller and billing platform. Use that provider’s subscription-management controls and keep its cancellation confirmation. Removing an app or stopping playback alone should not be treated as cancellation.

Future ZZ Player subscriptions

Only monthly or annual app subscriptions are planned. Before checkout opens, the billing frequency, renewal date/price, cancellation route, effective cancellation date and any remaining access will be clearly stated. Trial and refund terms are not final.

For a refund, follow the applicable seller or billing-platform process. Stopping renewal does not itself establish entitlement to a refund.
